Brighter days are here and it seems that summer is well on its way. The summer months are incredibly busy for caravan parks in Llandudno & Conwy, since there’s so much going on in North Wales and so many beautiful sights to see.

Conwy is a short drive away from our holiday park, and in the summer is host to a variety of annual events. To kick off the summer events in the town of Conwy, the All Wales Boat Show is returning for another year this June.

The organisers of the event have decided to host the event on the Conwy Marina for the third year running, thanks to the brilliant seaside views from the area and of course, the fascinating history of the town.

This festival celebrates a variety of water based activities, including watersports, boating and cruising. There will be a huge range of exhibitors as well as a range of fun activities to try out.

You don’t have to be a boating enthusiast to enjoy the festival, with exhibitors such as Zip World, Dr Zig’s Extraordinary Bubbles, RSPB and the Anglesey Sea Zoo, it’s a great day out for both adults and children alike.

Whilst you’re in the town, take a walk through the cobbled streets of Conwy and explore the historical monuments within, including the 16th Century Plas Mawr manor house and of course – the medieval Conwy Castle itself.

Take some time to enjoy an ice-cream on the quay, or perhaps a bag of chips from the many fish & chip shops found within the town, just watch out for the seagulls!

There’s also a unique variety of shops where you can find local crafts which make the perfect gifts for friends and family back at home (or for yourself!).

After a busy day, you can return to our park and relax in your holiday home or sit out on the decking and watch the sun set over the picturesque Conwy valley.
